The Danny Climber Challenge is a 20 second cardio exercise that copies the movement of a climber. The idea is the brain-child of local company, Sweat Outdoors, in an effort to draw attention to this year’s Summit for Danny Climb on October 25.
Your fundraising supports individual scholarships for the Daniel Bryant Youth & Family Center, a program of the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse that provides substance abuse treatment for teens and their families.
How to do the challenge: 1. Complete 10 "Danny Climbers" (otherwise known as the "mountain climber" exercise: see the video below for an example) 2. Invite 3 or more friends to complete the challenge 3. Use the hashtag #climbfordanny when you post your video and include a link to www.summitfordanny.org!
