This is the finish turning operation of the crankshafts used in the BRC250FE twin cylinder superkart engine. The material is extremely hard, so ceramic inserts are used and sparks fly!

Here is the very first dyno session of the BRC150WW, a liquid cooled, 150cc two stroke kart engine. All went well and the engine appears to be very strong. More testing to follow.
