Crawling exercise is a great way to stimulate your 3 movement senses (touch, vision, vestibular). It also works on global stability of almost all the muscles in the body. If you're not doing this exercise, you are missing out on some great movement.
Try doing sets of 30 second crawls at the appropriate level of challenge.
