Àse Wellness

The Àse Wellness Center, founded by Dr. Alston, a psychologist with over thirty years of experience, is dedicated to healing. As a cancer survivor, Dr. Alston inspires and empowers others not through cold, rigid theories but through the benefit of her experience, wisdom, and knowledge.

In a beautiful sanctuary, she offers her signature Àse Yoga practice, meditation, Qi Gong, and other healing modalities based on her books "The Art of Feeling Good," "Àse Yoga, Where Every Breath Counts," and "Live, Beloved, Live, Wellness Begins Inside." The center focuses on health and healing and is a testament to Dr. Alston's unique prescription for helping others on their healing journey. Dr. Alston often says, "We attract what we feel and think about ourselves." Only by transforming ourselves do we change what we attract. Daily practices emphasize our psychological and emotional hygiene to foster life, health, and prosperity.
