A very catchy song from the North Shore of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia about some guys who got a white horse to take them to a Milling Frolic one night.
Milling Frolics were done to full the freshly woven cloth in order to make it wearable. They traditionally took place in the winter time, after the shearing, carding, and weaving were finished.
A big thank you to my brother Colin for filming, and editing; and my two nephews Connor and Liam who acted as sound men on our filming days. Also thank you to Rex for the use of his horses.
This is the first try at a music video for both Colin and I so I hope you enjoy it. I hope for more in the future.
