I C LAND: Traveling with the Body is the first episode of the travel series directed by Alaa Abi Haidar.
Why do we travel and how far are we willing to go to answer questions about who we are and why we go on living? Ingvar Yongson, a bus driver from Iceland drives us around the breathtaking landscapes of his unique island and answers our questions about Iceland and the meaning of life that we share with you in this experimental short film, winner of the best experimental short film at the AFI Cannes 2015. We hope that you will pass on this experience by sharing this clip or supporting it in order for us to produce more.
The ICQ series:
This is the first episode of a series of 12 oneiric episodes. A couple of episodes have already been produced to convey other forms of traveling with the body, mind and soul. With the help of world-leading scientists, shamans, poets, nomads and a very dedicated team of artists, music composers and film editors, we were able to answer a few of these questions from various perspectives and ask several other questions.
This project that is brought to you completely ad-free for the time being and fully accessible to anyone connected to the internet needs your help whether with a tiny contribution https://www.kickstarter.com...
