If you suffer from chronic stress or illness your body and mind are trying to tell you that you lack unconditional love.
You become deficient in unconditional love when you don't feed yourself with love properly. Examples of this are disliking the way you look physically, believing you are not good enough at something like speaking to someone, getting a certain job or going to university and then buying into that reality.
All of this stress depletes you of your natural loving state of being.
But, there is a way of getting your love (and life back).
It's all about loving yourself unconditionally.
