For next 7 days i will be eating everything unhealthy possible and my goal is to gain as much abdominal flab as i can in 7 days.So my plan my action now is to eat everything unhealthy possible like junk,fried,chocolates, pizza ,pasta and see how much flab i can again. The reason i am doing this is because i am really tired of following the healthy pattern cos i have been doing that for years and now i really need a break .....but this also gives me an opportunity to show you guys as to what really happens to your body composition when you eat unhealthy food.
Last time you saw how i gained body fat in 7 days by eating large amount of high calorie food and no workout....how just 7 days of junk food converted my abs to flabs. Now i am gonna get back in shape in next 4 weeks by eating healthy food and regular workout.Stay tuned for next 4 Weeks to see how i turn my flabs to abs again .
Nutrition plays a vital in getting losing weight,reducing body fat and get ripped abs."Eat whatever you want as long as you workout regularly" does not work, if you are really serious about getting a six pack or a well defined body it is very important to follow healthy nutrition pattern.
There is no doubt cardio is extremely important to lose body fat but it has to be an effective form of cardio.Walking is also cardio but does it work ??? NO.....that's purely because your body is used to that that kind of intensity and hence does not respond to it....for cardio to be effective you have to take your intensity a little outside your comfort zone for example instead of walking you can do running and it becomes extremely effective. Now i usually don't have 45 minutes to run everyday so i follow short but an extremely effective form of cardio which does not take more than 15 minutes. I follow Interval training and also High Intensity Interval Training wherein i alternate high intensity exercises with low intensity exercises. Now make no mistake about but even weight training or resistance training also can be an effective form of cardio,not only they will help you burn huge amount of calories but will also shape up your body simultaneously.
