Watchdog Early Education Centre

Founded in 1983, Watchdog Early Education Centre “Watchdog”  is a charitable organization providing intensive and well-rounded early intervention, education and therapy programme for English and Cantonese  speaking pre-school children with special educational needs (SEN).  The mission of the Centre is quadripartite: to teach children with special needs and prepare them, wherever possible, for early entry into the regular school system; to advise and train parents in supporting and meeting developmental goals and to provide opportunities for challenged children to develop in all areas. Watchdog also serves as an information provider to the community about the importance of early intervention and education for children with SEN and train kindergarten teachers. Watchdog fills a critical service gap as one of two government subvented early education and training centres offering both Cantonese and English language programming.
