1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 8oz. bar cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2 large Vidalia onions, chopped
2 cups crumbled Ritz crackers
2 cups Bacon, cooked crisp
Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and onions in a greased casserole dish.
Top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Serve with your favorite crackers.
