VAYAM - The Performing Arts Society

'Vayam'. It is a spirit evolved over past seven years through consistent hard work, belief, innovation, creativity and togetherness. It was in August 2006 that a bunch of few creative like-minded enthusiasts who wanted to make a mark for themselves in the Delhi University (DU) theatre circuit, got together to form a group organisation called 'Vayam' which means 'We' in Sanskrit. The society has had the legacy of winning and performing its stage play and street play productions at some of the most reputed platforms including National School of Drama, National Centre For Performing Arts, Jana Natya Manch, Kamani, Sirifort and LTG Auditoria, Sri Ram Centre, Hindi Sahitya Academy (Indore), Atelier Campus Theatre Festival, IIT- Bombay, IIT-Kanpur, IIM-Ahmedabad and the like.
