Variety - the Children's Charity of BC

Variety BC bridges healthcare gaps by providing vital support to children with disabilities and complex health needs.
Child development is complex, with individual needs that require unique care and support throughout childhood – support that is often not covered by public or private health plans in British Columbia.

Funding from Variety helps to cover a wide range of assistance, including:
- Adaptive and mobility equipment
- Specialized therapies (such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy) 
- Private autism assessments and psychoeducational assessments 
- Mental health counselling services 
- Bursaries for tutoring and tuition for specialized schools

In addition to supporting children and their families, we support fund inclusive upgrades and transportation vehicles for schools and organizations and support hospitals that administer emergency care across BC.
