The mission of the Institute for Youth Development KULT is to develop and advocate for the rights and other strategic solutions, as well as to build and strengthen the capacity of NGOs and authorities in BiH and the region for more successful and sustainable youth policies.

Our vision is an open society in which the citizens are empowered to get involved in all decision making processes in the public life.
