Train 'Em Up Academy

Advancing the Science of Tackling Safety & Performance Since 1997

OUR MISSION:

ENLIGHTEN football players to identify the physical mechanisms that lead directly to headfirst impact as the primary cause of catastrophic brain, neck and spinal cord injuries.

We will EMPOWER players to avoid headfirst contact during live football competition.

Finally, we will EDUCATE Parents, Coaches, Trainers, Game Officials and Athletic Administrators on how to recognize and prevent unsafe tackling techniques.
