Thingfishy

In March 2006, I began a project to faithfully recreate every Iron Maiden-penned song, plus a large number of their cover songs, in acoustic versions. All these songs are entirely my own work, recorded at home straight into my computer using Cubase SX3 software for mixing. 

Around the first 60-odd tracks or so were recorded using a simple webcam microphone before I splashed out on a high-end Samson Q1U USB microphone which gives vastly better quality.

I have never asked for any money for these tracks as I am doing this project out of my absolute love for the band and their music and know that the majority of fans will never get to hear acoustic versions of the songs from the band themselves, so someone has to do it!
