The Braided Janes

The Braided Janes is composed of Juny Alvarez on electronic drums, Andrew Doyle on bass and Jessica Rodriguez on vocals and keys.

Their name personifies their songwriting style as almost every song is written as a collaborative during their psychedelic jam sessions and later revisited for re-recording. Both melody & lyrics are written in the moment more often than not resulting in a genuine lyrical story sung from the soul.

This songwriting style paired with each members unique musical flavor, blends seamlessly for a sound best described as bilingual post punk Latin rock.
