United Planning Organization is the only Community Action agency serving the residents of Washington, DC for over 50 years. We provide opportunities for economic security and growth, and have laid the groundwork for innovative social service programs in the areas of early education, youth activities, community programs, employment, and senior citizens services. Our mission is to unite people with opportunities that lead to the path of self-sufficiency and sustainability.
