Leaders, look at 360. And I'm gonna challenge each of you to alter your vision.
I've got to tell you, I am stoked. All of the information he just gave me, the presentation is absolutely out of this world, the high energy.
Leadership is sales, sales is leadership. You show me a top performing sales person, now not just one time or because of one customer, but a top performing sales person year in and year out, sustaining themselves the good times and bad times.
They are a leader. You show me a strong leader, in good times and bad times, and they're a strong sales person. The interception comes together.
I went to Mark's seminar today and the only comment I have to say is, there's not enough space that are gonna be here that I have to apply things for me. Personally, based in the office, with my staff and things sit take to my clients. So, this is why I sell to clients, staff, and my home life.
See, the first level of confidence is that you have to be willing to try. And for too many people, "I don't wanna try, I might fail." I don't. More phone calls are not made because of this than anything else.
One of the big things that we always forget in the business world is that it's not about price, it's about value.
And so we need to keep that in mind, and keep the fact that we need to be in the customers' shoes so we can understand the complexity and give them the value. So thanks Mark, for a great seminar.
And the best way to do it is by doing this one simple thing. At the end of each week, take a step back and ask yourself what did you accomplish. What did you accomplish? Recognize yourself for the most significant accomplishment that you did that week.
