Okay guys, here is the recipe. It's super easy!
THERE ARE THREE STEPS:
First you wanna do your granola, secondly you wanna prepare your smoothie/acai bowl and then you will add all the topping, because the topping is the most important part, at least for Joen and I 😀!
Granola (I like to make a large portion of the granola so that we have for 10-12 servings)
You will need:
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chopped cashew nuts
2 cups oats
2 spoons Hemp seeds
2 spoons Goji berries (optional)
2-3 spoons Organic and clean honey
2 spoons Coconut oil or other plantoil
A little bit of Himalayan salt (pink salt)
1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make sure the final mass seems slightly sticky
2) Spread the mass on a piece of baking paper and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Let it cool off before putting it in an air sealed container.
VEGAN ACAI BREAKFAST BOWL
You will need (for one serving):
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup freshly cut papaya
½ freshly cut banana
1 cup coconut milk
1 spoon chia
1 teaspoon acai powder
Mix all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and blend until everything is mixed perfectly.
2-3 Spoons of your homemade granola
Some sliced papaya
Some sliced strawberries
1 teaspoon of coconut flower or flakes
If you want it sweet you can add a little bit of honey on top
That is pretty easy and you can choose to decorate you acai bowl however you wish.
