💃 Welcome to the Dancing Therapist with Elizabeth Stadtlander, LMFT, MHC. I am a Therapist with 18 years of clinical experience. I specialize in grief and resilience counseling, and a firm believer that healing doesn’t just happen in our minds— it happens through movement, connection and learning how to become ourselves again. 

Through Liz Live, short videos, dancing and practical therapeutic insights, I explore grief, trauma, emotional healing, relationships, authenticity and what it means to start over and create a life you love. 

My goal is simple: to help people feel less alone and move forward with more clarity, confidence and hope.
