Blackheath Airstrip Community Group

Blue Mountains City Council voted against community consultation and approved the development of an 83 year old subdivision on Blackheath Airstrip and surrounding bushland. 

This channel will be dedicated to convincing council that a full review of this decision is warranted and  the community should be given a say.

The area has been used for recreation and emergency purposes for generations. It is the intention of Council to take away the community's enjoyment of this site and the habitat of animals that live there, all for the sake of money.
