Liz Kettle ~ Wilding Creativity

Creativity isn't something you have or don't have. It's not a talent or a trait. It's an experience, a state of being, that every one of us can access.

I believe creativity and making with our hands have gotten tangled up in rules, the right supplies, perfectionism, and fear. It's time to change that story!

Welcome to my world of Wilding Creativity and Stitch Meditation®.

🌿 Wilding Creativity explores the untamed nature of creativity, following curiosity, trusting intuition, and rediscovering the joy of making without rules or expectations.

🪡 Stitch Meditation® is an active meditation practice that uses the rhythm of hand stitching to quiet mental chatter, cultivate presence, and reconnect with yourself.

Here, we'll explore creative practices, textile art, mindfulness, and the wonderfully messy business of being human.

You don't need to be an artist or have special supplies. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Let's bring creativity back to the wild!
