Sautéed onions mixed with caraway seeds, lager, and CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce add a sweet and sour Asian twist to grilled brats.
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 red onions, chopped
½ C CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce
½ tsp. caraway seeds
1 (12 oz.) beer, lager
1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add oil and onions. Sauté onions for a few minutes, then add CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce and remaining ingredients.
2. Continue to sauté until almost no moisture is left.
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready. Allow topping to come to room temperature before using.
