Rock That Body, LLC

Got my 'fitness start' teaching Group Fitness at a local athletic club over 10 years ago and it molded into what I do now - RTB!
This is fun and safe place for participants to meet each Monday night and Wednesday/Thursday mornings to work out, shake it, make new friends-as well as laugh and let loose. We have fun; if u can't appreciate or handle that, this channel may not be for u! Thanx for stopping and for my 'few' subscribers! This is a FITNESS class...NOT a 'DANCE Class.'

Everyone will look and do things different and that is OK. I know I am not here to judge my students OR other YouTube users that are posting for educational/entertainment purposes. This is a positive space - 'negative Nancies' can go elsewhere.
