We have also said that Thailand is a country with a rich history and culture, where people live by the principles handed down by Buddha. This explains Thai hospitality, tolerance and the respect of people from all walks of life including the LGBT community.
Our GoThaiBeFree website aims to spread this message of acceptance. This is why we’re launching a monthly v-blog series titled, “Gay Life in Thailand,” featuring an actual couple who live in Thailand openly and freely. It’s one thing to talk or write about how accepting Thailand is of the LGBT community, but it’s another thing to actually show how open the country is to this community.
The video series will be hosted on Thailand Insider’s YouTube page. Our selected couple, Jo and Oui, will take you on a tour of Thailand from a first person (couple) perspective and highlight various areas of this country, hidden gems, and their favorite destinations and locales they frequent as a couple.
