steps in time folk/historic dance side

Steps in Time are a Traditional English folk youth dance side from Dorset. We teach and perform dance (medieval, maypole, Playford,and more inc some mentioned in Jane Austen and Thomas Hardy books), Mummers plays and traditions (such as games, rhymes and making Dorset buttons). We are completely voluntary and exist to preserve these traditions. We perform at local events, Festivals, TV (BBC & ITV), the London 2012 Olympics and represented England abroad.
