The CSCA is an educational and community cohesion based charity. The CSCA promotes a holistic approach to spirituality which embraces all faiths as different paths on the road to spiritual awareness. A key ingredient of this is to establish interfaith links to build a shared respect and mutual understanding between diverse faith groups.

Mission
◊ To promote the ideals of the Sufi tradition, which stresses the importance of spirituality in a person's life.

◊ To disseminate classical, scholarly, Sufi teachings on global issues and to work proactively to present Islam as a religion of social cohesion, peace and interfaith harmony.

◊ To organise conferences, seminars, publications, media relations and community outreach efforts.
