Study in Spain is a program designed by the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade and EDUESPAÑA aimed at promoting Spanish international education in the United States.
This program has been designed in order to reach the following main goals:
Increasing the number of American Students studying abroad in Spanish Institutions.
Developing a network of American and Spanish institutions to enhance direct communication bewteen them.
Creating awareness of the relevant role of Spain in the Bologna Process.
Bringing the Spanish culture to American Students and allow them to share their perceptions and experiences.
Promoting Spanish Courses and Education Opportunities in Spain.
Serving as a reliable source of information for students, professors, and administrators.
ICEX: The Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade is an agency serving Spanish companies to promote their exports and facilitate their international expansion. For this purpose, it possesses its own financial, material and human resources. It is part of the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
The Embassy of Spain-Trade Commission Miami: belonging to the network of Spanish Economic and Commercial Offices abroad, its main objective is the promotion of Spanish exports to the United States and the development of mutual investments through its various departments. Within the sectoral division among the Trade Commissions of Spain in the U.S., Miami is in charge of the promotion of cultural industries.
EDUESPAÑA: Created in 1996, EDUESPAÑA was a pioneer within the Spanish territory and established a common support platform for the multiple sectors whose productive activity is linked to the language.
