Signpostcounselling

Signpost, which runs from the Watford Advice Centre, offers free and confidential counselling to 11-25 year olds in Watford, Three Rivers, Hertsmere and surrounding areas.
Counselling is about talking to someone who listens and supports you, helping you to find ways forward that are right for you. It is an opportunity to talk to a professional about issues that might be difficult to cope with, express or understand.
