We REALLY slow things down in this 5 Second Breath class. The goal is to lengthen each inhale and exhale to 5 full counts to become super aware of how your breath affects your body and mind.
This practice is great for anyone who tends to rush through their day or normally moves at a quicker pace (I do both of these things!). Vinyasa or flow yoga doesn't have to be fast! Hopefully you feel your energy settle and your entire body slow down.
