Free Active Co. Activewear

Built for women who move with purpose.

This brand Christian Activewear brand was birthed through my walk with Jesus. Knowing Him changes everything — the way I do life, the way I love my family, the way I parent, the way I see the world. He is everything. Without Him, we can do nothing. Free Active Co. is my way of carrying that truth into every part of my life, including the way I move my body.

For most of my life, fitness and bodybuilding were everything. I poured years into the gym — but if I'm honest, it was rooted in vanity. It was about how I looked, how I was seen, and chasing a version of myself that was never going to be enough.
