SageDanceFitness

Thank you for checking out our channel!
Our names are Sasha and Gina, and we love teaching dance cardio, strength and barre classes. Expect to see a little bit of everything, but mostly dance cardio videos on our site. We'll be posting new videos every Friday, designed for maximum effectiveness in a short amount of time.
As always, we love your feedback! Leave us a comment or thumbs up, or send an email to sagedancefitness@gmail.com
