Institute for Women's Leadership at Rutgers-NB

The Institute for Women’s Leadership (IWL) at Rutgers–New Brunswick is dedicated to the study and advancement of women’s leadership for a just world.

Working collaboratively across the university, the IWL: provides model leadership and mentoring programs; serves as a catalyst for innovative programs and resources; and conducts interdisciplinary research on women’s leadership.

IWL is both a member and the administrator of the Rutgers Women’s Leadership Consortium, an interdisciplinary academic coalition committed to addressing gender-based challenges and to the promotion of women’s leadership locally, nationally, and globally.
