Osbourne Hurst One Brother / Hurst Advisory

Senior Executive Leader with 30 years of distinguished service across the U.S. Air Force, Federal Bureau of Prisons, counseling, pastoral care, and the private sector. I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership, counseling expertise, and operational excellence, with a commitment to serving men often overlooked by traditional behavioral health systems.

As a U.S. Air Force and Federal Prison Chaplain, I have served more than 30,000 Airmen and 2,000 incarcerated men, while supporting veterans, families, and men navigating major life transitions. I have repeatedly seen men struggle to seek help and fall through gaps in traditional services.

I founded The Hurst Advisory Group, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to address those gaps through specialized counseling, behavioral wellness, and reintegration services for underserved men, including returning citizens, veterans facing moral injury, men struggling with anger, and those rebuilding their lives.
