Saints Hyacinth & Hedwig Churches have merged and were renamed Blessed Mary Angela Parish. The new parish is located in Dunkirk, NY in the Diocese of Buffalo. Many members of the parish are fifth generation Polish-Americans. The Felician order, of which Blessed Mary Angela was a member, taught in elementary schools at each church for many years. The miracle that made Mary Angela "Blessed" was performed by God on a member of the parish who lived across the street from the church.
