Yeah, the thing about isometric training is that it's not as dynamic as other forms. Therefore you can cut your self short in terms of time under tension or weight. Look to start at 2:00 per side before either switching out the color of the bands for a more challenging one or increasing the weight to heavier dumbbells.
You can also do this on cable machines inside the gym using handles and weight stacks. Enjoy.

I just finished assisting with the conduct of the Warrior Competition at KASOTC, Amman Jordan . We ran 4 days of competition with competitors from various Special Operations Units around the world. At each stage of competition the teams started with weapons unloaded to mitigate any safety issues. Not realistic right? These competitions and drills are seldom about tactics, just speed & accuracy...shooting. Tactics are trained at other times and do come together during drills, just not this one.
Yeah, vents open. They did fog up a bit. I didn't put any anti-fog on them prior though. It was pretty hot and I was heating up too.
Yes that is the Crye JPC. It's very comfortable but very minimalist.
