Rita Kerdock - That Patch Lady 🫆

Hi, I'm Rita — The Patch Lady. 👋

After battling Lyme disease and full blown menopause at the same time, I was exhausted, anxious, barely sleeping, and desperate for something that actually worked without more chemicals.

That's when I found this Patch and it changed everything.

On this channel I share my honest journey with drug-free wellness — real results, real science, and real stories from people whose lives are changing.

If you're dealing with menopause, sleep issues, anxiety, nervous system struggles, or chronic illness recovery — you are in the right place.

I've been where you are. And I found real answers. 💙
