This channel is where we put our competition videos, and anything else we deem interesting! As a gym we have people competing in obstacle racing, powerlifting, strongman, fitness and strength competitions, plus we also have members who compete in sports like boxing, kickboxing, mma, triathlons, rugby, motocross and much more!

Our gym in Northampton hosts a number of competitions throughout the year, as well as the PTS members going all over the place to compete! Enjoy and hopefully feel inspired enough to get involved!
