Pilin Anice, E-RYT 500, is a yoga, barre, dance, and meditation instructor, health coach, artist, and model. For over a decade, she has guided students of all ages through breath centered, inquiry based offerings that seek to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. A Howard University Alumna, she is Lead Faculty at Kripalu, a Chopra Yoga Trainer, and an instructor at the Ailey Extension. For nearly four years, she was a beloved trainer on the lululemon Studio Mirror and a lululemon Global Ambassador.  Pilin is also a graduate of the Integrative Institute of Nutrition, where she is Adjunct Faculty and worked as a Health Coach at THE WELL, New York's ecosystem for wellness. She has appeared on GMA, The Today Show and has been featured in the NY Times, FORBES, ESSENCE, Well+Good, MindBodyGreen, and SELF.
