    Happy 2018!
Last year was a tough one for my home state, so I've decided to use my new video to raise funds for California's many wildfire victims. Here is the new video for my song Weed and Wine. I hope you'll enjoy it, and, If you are are so moved, you will have the opportunity to click on one of several "donate now" buttons within the video, benefitting the five organizations listed below. Thank You! xo -Pi

    About Weed and Wine:
Growing up in Liberal, Hippie, Sonoma County, both weed and wine were simply part of our culture. Many of our parents were San Francisco hippies who fled to the country. Many of them worked in these industries. If you were lucky, you could make a good living doing so - If you were unlucky, you were a grape picker, or a weed trimmer, and you worked hard long hours, in some of the most gorgeous land in the world. We grew up with the stunning natural beauty you'll see in this video, and a laissez faire approach to recreational substances.

Flash forward to January 1, 2018: Today, is the first day marijuana is officially legal for adult recreational use in California. It will be taxed, and regulated, as is alcohol. I have many hopes for this event, and some fears. I hope that the small farmers will be able to make this transition to legal growing, that they will be able to resist the big corporations trying to buy up all of their farms. I hope that the taxes raised will go to good use in our schools, so that kids who want to grow up and do something besides farm grapes and/or weed, have the opportunity to do so. I hope that legalization will help the many people who depend on marijuana for medical reasons. I hope that this will remove the social stigma for responsible, adult, recreational users. Last and most importantly, I hope that my home will remain ecologically sound, and as beautiful as ever.

This year, California has been brutalized by wild fires. My home state will take years to rebuild, and your help is needed. When you watch this video, shot at Peay Vineyards (Sonoma), and a secret location (Sierra Foothills), you will see 5 donate buttons (the "i" on the upper right corner). Please consider donating to fire relief with one of these five respected, non-profit, relief organizations listed below: I love my home state, I hope you will show it some love too! Thank You, and cheers to a fantastic 2018. x- p
