PETAIR I Championsleague of Bodyweight Workouts

Welcome to my channel!
I'm PEATIR – founder of HIIT the Beat, three-time German Breakdance Champion, former member of the Flying Steps, sports scientist, and passionate athlete.
My mission: I help you become the fittest version of yourself – using nothing but the potential of your body, the power of music, and the right energy.
You'll become fitter, stronger, more flexible – and you'll feel your body, mind, and soul come into harmony.
The training method behind everything I do is Breakletics – a combination of functional training, music, flow, the philosophy of breakdance, and raw energy.
From that, I created HIIT the Beat – a global fitness concept that I teach and share with the world today.
Whether you're a beginner, advanced, or a pro – here you’ll learn how to achieve extraordinary things with your own body and become fitter than ever before.
