Hey Y'all!! This is my last video of the year and I am celebrating it with one of my favorite trainers, CEDRIC JONES!!! :)) I've been working out with Cedric for quite a while now and I can truly say he has become one of my closest friends. The improvement I have seen in myself has surprised me. From flexibility, to core strength, to even my HAND EYE COORDINATION with boxing... my gosh I was horrible when I started!! lol But now I think I can go the distance with Cedric!! Hahaha
The video style of this post may be a bit different from some of my recent ones. It's a bit vloggy, but the purpose was to make you guys feel like you were actually there with me training on a normal day with Ced... and YES, this is what a normal training day is like with him lololol...
In this workout vlog, Ced puts me through a tough ab/core workout. See the workout instructions below and try to follow along with our video:
CIRCUIT 1 (60 sec rest, repeat 3x)
EXERCISE 1 - HEAVY BAG CRUNCH (20 REPS)
EXERCISE 2 - HEAVY BAG OBLIQUE PUSH (20 REPS EACH SIDE)
EXERCISE 3 - SIDE TO SIDE KICK OUTS (20 REPS EACH SIDE)
CIRCUIT 2 (60 sec rest, repeat 3x)
EXERCISE 1 - DUMBBELL AB ROTATION (15 REPS EACH SIDE)
EXERCISE 2 - PISTON SQUAT (12 REPS EACH LEG)
MEDICINE BALL CRUNCHES WITH PARTNER (15 REPS EACH)
10 MINUTES OF BOXING
