Phoenix Composite Solutions, LLC - FAA certified aircraft repair and aircraft overhaul facilities located on the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base In Oscoda, Michigan - 10,000 foot active runway.  
PCS facilities are in a state of constant controlled growth. We have the ability to rapidly add to our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to support new projects.

Our main building, designated building 5008, has 106,000 sq. ft., with 14’ ceilings and features two independent 1,000 amp, 3 phase electrical services.  The main building is home for our Repair Station O&R, Test Nacelle Equipment, Original Equipment Manufacturing and Contract Tooling Divisions.

PCS also has an 8,000 sq. ft. building, designated building 289, used for tooling, fabrication, heat treat, water jet and stretch forming.
