Payge broke her back in a car accident at the age of 16. She would walk again, but doctors said her life would forever be defined by pain.
They were wrong.
Living in chronic pain, Payge was desperate for relief. She finally tried yoga. It not only saved her life, but transformed it into one full of adventures.
Payge now teaches a hybrid form of yoga all over the world. She combines traditional vinyasa (flow) yoga with isometrics, dynamic resistance, low-impact, power movements that together, build strength, flexibility and endurance. Payge specializes in training athletes and those recovering from injury.
