One Night. One House. One Island. Everything Changes for a lonely man and three delinquent kids.

Orphans and Kingdoms is a micro-budget feature film from New Zealand filmmakers Paolo Rotondo and Fraser Brown. The film had production funding from the New Zealand Film Commission's "escalator initiative" with support from Random Films and Flying Fish. O&K was shot exclusively on Auckland's Waiheke Island in July 2013, had a preview/test screening at the New Zealand International Film Festival in July 2014, after which it won "Best Editing" at the New Zealand Film Awards. The film was completed in MAY 2015 and has won numerous awards at festivals around the world. The film will be released in selected cinema's in New Zealand from APRIL 14th 2016.
