Heal After Child loss

In 2020 I lost my 2 year old daughter Cynthia. It was as though someone had picked up the cute little snow globe I’d been living in and threw it against a brick wall. My reality shattered into thousands of unrecognisable pieces.

Than I spent the past four years becoming intimate with my own grief, applying different healing modalities and embarking on further study and learning. Cynthia left me with the gift to not only heal my grief but go so much deeper. Releasing old beliefs and emotions, build-up from childhood till adulthood. I have experienced ceremonies where I was able to feel through the hurt and the pain of my parents and grandparents. Releasing, purging, letting go of all that is not who I am, all that doesn’t align with my heart, through Love.

I’m filling the void of support I encountered in my own experience. The kind of support everyone deserves when they are finally ready for change, for alignment, for bringing back the peace and joy in their lives.
