But despite all they’ve been through, from human trafficking and extreme poverty to overcrowded refugee camps, these women demonstrate the resilience and motivation to reclaim their lives. Instead of viewing them as victims, we need to acknowledge them as agents of change through new opportunities to build a better future for themselves and their families.

Every Gifts of Goodness apron is handcrafted by women artisans in India, right down to the fabric production. The bundles are assembled in Idaho, Velata’s home, all by women in the Full Circle Exchange Job Readiness Program. For every bundle purchased, $8 will go to Full Circle Exchange. Because this isn’t just a gift, it’s a movement.
