This video explains how to make healthy homemade chocolate using only a few ingredients. I also discuss why you should use fermented cacao powder instead of cocoa powder. Fermented cacao has fermented for 3-5 days which helps to neutralize phytic acid. Otherwise, you won't be absorbing any of those really great minerals that cacao has to offer.
