NewSmyrnaBeach Florida

Every town has its secrets.

Its mysteries

Established in 1768, New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest city in the United States (some historians argue that it may in fact be the oldest). There are many secrets in a city that's been around for 239 years.

Secrets like the tender breeze that ruffles the beach grass of the dunes as it slips down onto the beach--a powder-white beach stretching beneath a shimmering yellow sun that sits in a scrubbed blue sky.

Secrets like the fact that New Smyrna Beach's barrier island and estuary is the most biologically diverse eco-system in north america.

There is no better place than the 13 miles of powder white sands of New Smyrna Beach for soaking in the invigorating rays of the sun. Fishing, golfing, NASCAR...

New Smyrna Beach has it all.

Every town has its secrets.

Its mysteries.

But it's no mystery why New Smyrna Beach has been central Florida's best-kept secret for 239 years.
