The National Intrepid Center of Excellence

Dedicated to cutting-edge diagnostic evaluation, comprehensive treatment planning, clinical care, research and education, the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) Directorate helps service members and their families deal with complex Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Psychological Health (PH) conditions.

As a member of the Military Health System TBI Pathway of Care and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the NICoE Directorate, enhances the continuum of care by linking TBI and PH inpatient and outpatient services. The NICoE is dedicated to providing excellent care to the patients who come through our doors.
